Some products may be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (mugs, flasks, etc.). Most of our products are printed in 3 business days then you should add shipping times on top of that.
We will expedite your package in a timely manner via one of the various shipping methods available which include FedEx, USPS, etc. Given that our products are 'made on demand' we don't offer priority or express overnight shipment.
We can’t guarantee specific shipping deadline dates as occasionally there may be unforeseen delays during shipment. Also, during the holidays your shipping times may be extended due to the high volume of mail during that time.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to sender. We will either need to wait for the order to be returned to the vendor and reship it at your cost after confirming a correct address, or you can place a new order to reduce delivery time. Please note that you will be charged for this replacement order and the merchandise being returned will be refunded once received in good, unused condition.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Geeky Merch is not responsible for reprinting orders that are marked as 'delivered' by the carrier.
Unclaimed - If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility it is the customers responsibility to pay the cost of a reshipment.
If there is a manufacturing mistake during printing or an item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide us a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the issue, and the order number. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
Purchases are made to order and typically go into production quickly. We can’t offer cancellations or holds on orders. If you reach out to us within 24hrs from placing your order and it has not yet gone into production we will cancel your order. Returns and exchanges will be granted at our discretion. If a return or exchange is granted, it is the customers responsibility to pay the cost of shipping fees for shipping the items back to us if no error was made on behalf of Geeky Merch.
No returns on clearance, sale or custom items or those products where hygiene would be a concern.
